Description
Spirodin-AB Tablet consists of Acebrophylline and Doxofylline. It is used in the treatment of lung conditions such as asthma (narrowing of the airways leading to breathing difficulty) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (group of lung problems that cause blockage of airflow leading to breathing-related problems). This medicine works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways, thus widening them and making it easier to breathe. Spirodin-AB Tablet has some side effects like nausea, stomach discomfort, heartburn, loss of appetite, etc. These side effects are usually mild and may subside by themselves. However, consult your doctor if they bother you for a long time or worsen. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Spirodin-AB Tablet may be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation, in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Avoid taking more than the prescribed dose as it may cause side effects. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering and to obtain better results. Do not discontinue this medicine without consulting your doctor as it may worsen your condition. Spirodin-AB Tablet may not be suitable for everyone. Inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems, or any other health conditions. This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age as the safety and efficacy data for use are not available. Allergy
