Spasmonova Tablet is a combination of Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine. Paracetamol decreases the severity of pain signals to the brain. It also stops the release of prostaglandins, the chemical responsible for pain and fever. Thus, helps in providing effective relief. Pamabrom is a water pill. It works by increasing urination and provides relief from bloating associated with periods. Dicyclomine works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. This provides relief from stomach and intestinal cramps (painful muscle contractions) associated with periods.
