Dicyclomine relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestine to stop sudden muscle spasms, thereby relieves pain, cramps, and discomfort. Paracetamol stops the release of a chemical called prostaglandins, which increases pain and swelling. Tramadol acts on the brain and nervous system and blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
