Spasmindon Paediatric Drops is a combination medicine which is used to treat infantile colic, a form of pain which begins and stops abruptly in infants especially breastfed infants due to gastrointestinal discomfort. It is also used to relieve intestinal colic, biliary colic, ureteric colic, stomach, and intestinal cramping, and other symptoms such as bloating, belching, stomach discomfort, etc., due to gastrointestinal tract problems in children.
