Description
SoriFIX Lotion is a combination of Clobetasol and Calcipotriol. This medicine is used to treat moderate to severe psoriasis (a condition that causes the build-up of skin cells, resulting in dry and scaly patches). It helps to treat symptoms like redness, swelling, and itching associated with the skin condition. SoriFIX Lotion works by preventing the formation of certain chemical substances in your body that cause redness, swelling, and itching. It also slows down the excess production of skin cells. SoriFIX Lotion may cause burning sensation, itching, irritation, and dryness of the skin at the site of application. These side effects may subside with time. However, consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. SoriFIX Lotion is meant for external use on the skin only. Apply this medicine to the affected part of your skin as directed by your doctor. Wash your hand properly before applying the medicine to the affected area. Continue using it for the prescribed duration to avoid a flare-up of your symptoms. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. SoriFIX Lotion should be avoided if you are allergic to it. It is not recommended for use if you have high blood calcium levels. Inform your doctor if you have liver problems, any other skin conditions, or using any other topical medications before starting the treatment with SoriFIX Lotion.
