Causes sleepiness

How it works
Cetirizine works by blocking the action of a natural substance produced by the body which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms. Paracetamol increases the pain threshold and decreases swelling. It also brings down elevated body temperature by acting on heat regulatory centers in the brain. Phenylephrine acts by reducing the swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby making it easier to breathe.
