Smilogel Mouth Ulcer Gel is a combination of Choline Salicylate, Tannic acid, Benzalkonium Chloride and Menthol. Choline Salicylate is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID). It acts by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that induce pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tannic acid contains ingredients that form a protective layer on your affected area. Benzalkonium chloride works by interfering with the growth of microbes. Menthol gives a cooling effect.
