Description
Sizopin 100 MG Tablet is an antipsychotic medication that is used in the treatment of Schizophrenia (a disorder that affects your ability to think, feel and behave clearly). It works by changing the effects of chemicals in the brain. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet may cause side effects like agranulocytosis (a rare condition in which your bone marrow does not make enough white blood cells), drowsiness, sedation, sleeplessness, tremors, excessive salivation, constipation, weight gain, irregular heartbeat, etc. Most of these side effects should resolve with time. Do not discontinue the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. Do not use this medicine if you have been allergic to Clozapine in the past. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience skin rashes, hives, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, difficulty breathing, etc. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet may be taken with or without food as per your doctor's instructions. Avoid consuming alcohol, driving vehicles, or operating heavy machines while undergoing treatment with this medicine. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet is not recommended for use while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant. Inform your doctor of any heart, liver, or kidney problems you may have, or if you are diabetic. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet is not recommended for use in children younger than 16 years of age.

Diabetes and Dyslipidemia

Blood cells count

Sizopin 100 MG Tablet may reduce the blood cell count, especially WBC (neutrophils). Report any symptoms such as fever, weakness during the treatment, etc. to your doctor. Your doctor may recommend regular monitoring of your blood cell count.

Withdrawal symptoms

Take Sizopin 100 MG Tablet with or without food, as instructed by your doctor. Do not break, chew or crush the tablet. Swallow as a whole with a glass of water. Follow all the directions on the prescription label/package insert. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts than prescribed. Consult your doctor if you experience any undesirable effects. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet is used for long-term treatment, hence it may take four to six weeks to show its effect. Do not stop taking Sizopin 100 MG Tablet before completion of the course. Consult your doctor if you wish to discontinue treatment. Sizopin 100 MG Tablet may increase your blood sugar levels, blood cholesterol levels, low blood pressure and may also cause weight gain and dehydration.
