Description
Siloderm Cream is a combination of Cetrimide, Calamine, Dimethicone, and Zinc Oxide. It is used to treat dryness, itchiness, and irritation of the skin. It treats skin conditions like rash, minor burns or cuts, severely chapped or cracked skin, bedsores, sunburn, etc. Siloderm Cream may rarely show side effects such as burning sensation or redness at the site of application. These side effects are self-limiting. However, consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Avoid using this medicine if you are allergic to it. Siloderm Cream should be used as prescribed by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a thin film of this medicine over the affected area and spread uniformly. Rinse thoroughly with water if accidental contact of made with the eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes. Avoid using bandages or other dressings on the affected area unless specifically instructed by your doctor to do so. Siloderm Cream is not likely to interact with other medicines taken orally or as an injection. However, it is always better to consult your doctor before using this medicine. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Siloderm Cream is a combination of Cetrimide, Calamine, Dimethicone, and Zinc Oxide. Cetrimide is an antiseptic that stops the growth of bacteria. Calamine gives a soothing effect that reduces the sensation of itching and relieves skin irritation. Dimethicone helps the skin retain moisture and is useful for treating dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritation. Zinc oxide works by soothing and protecting the skin.
