Description
Sigma Pantothenate Tablet is a dietary supplement. It is used in the treatment of deficiency of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5). It is also used lower the level of bad cholesterol in the blood and treat hair loss caused due to the deficiency of Vitamin B5. It works by providing you with the adequate amount of Vitamin B5 required by the body. Sigma Pantothenate Tablet may show side effects such as stomach upset or diarrhoea. This side effect usually subsides with time. However, consult your doctor for further assistance if they persist or worsen. Sigma Pantothenate Tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Sigma Pantothenate Tablet is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have any medical conditions or taking any medications (including herbs and supplements) before starting the treatment with this medicine. Sigma Pantothenate Tablet should only be taken during pregnancy after consulting your doctor. It is not known if the medicine passes into breast milk. Hence, consult your doctor before taking the medication if you are breastfeeding.
