Description

General warnings

Malignant hyperthermia

Use of this medicine can cause Malignant hyperthermia, characterised by severe muscle rigidity and a sharp rise in body temperature. Use of this medicine should be discontinued immediately if this condition is suspected.

Intravascular administration

This medicine should not be administered via the intravenous route as the risk of life-threatening adverse effects is significantly high.

Heart and blood vessel disorder

This medicine should be used with caution in patients having a disease of the heart or the blood vessels. Constant clinical monitoring is advised while this medicine is being administered in such patients.

Drowsiness

Use of this medicine can cause temporary drowsiness and impairment of body movements. It is advised to refrain from driving or performing tasks that require a high level of mental alertness immediately after taking this medicine.
