Description
Satrogyl 300 Tablet is a medicine that contains satranidazole as an active ingredient. It is used to treat infections of the liver, stomach, intestines, vagina, skin, lungs, brain and heart caused by bacteria and parasites. It can also be used to prevent infections that occur after surgeries. It works by killing the bacteria and parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Satrogyl 300 Tablet shows side effects that include headache, metallic taste, dryness in the mouth, stomach upset and nausea. These are usually mild and subside with time, Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist for a long time. Satrogyl 300 Tablet can be taken with or without food around the same time every day. Once Satrogyl 300 Tablet therapy is started, it is always recommended to finish the entire course of treatment to prevent the development of bacterial resistance. Satrogyl 300 Tablet is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Satrogyl 300 Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems before taking Satrogyl 300 Tablet. Avoid driving or any activity that requires concentration after taking Satrogyl 300 Tablet since it may cause drowsiness. Do not consume alcohol while using Satrogyl 300 Tablet as it irritates your stomach due to a Disulfiram reaction.
