Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine to overcome muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst. Sarpot H (12.5/50 mg) Tablet may cause dizziness, therefore avoid driving vehicles or operating machines. Rise slowly from sitting or lying position if you feel dizzy while on Sarpot H (12.5/50 mg) Tablet treatment. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, seek a doctor's consultation at the earliest. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Sarpot H (12.5/50 mg) Tablet can be taken in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke. Sarpot H (12.5/50 mg) Tablet should be used with caution if you have a kidney problem, liver condition, or diabetes. Frequent monitoring of your heart, liver, kidney functions and electrolytes levels may be required to use this medicine safely.
