Description
Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse is a combination of Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Sodium Monofluorophosphate, and Triclosan. It is used for the prevention and treatment of gingivitis (swelling of your gums), mouth ulcers (painful sores on the inner lining of your mouth), oral thrush (fungal infection inside your mouth). It also helps to maintain oral hygiene and prevents the occurrence of oral infections. Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse exerts anti-bacterial and antiseptic effects and prevents the growth of infection-causing microbes. Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse may cause burning/stinging sensation, mouth/gum irritation, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse should be used as directed by your doctor. Continue using this medicine for the prescribed duration to effectively treat your condition. Do not rinse your mouth with water or eat/drink for 10 to 15 minutes after using this medicine. Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse should be avoided if you are allergic to it. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are planning a pregnancy, consult your doctor before using this medication.

General warnings

For oral use only

Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse is meant for oral use only. Swish the prescribed amount of mouth wash and spit it out. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with your eyes and nose. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Seek immediate medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse is meant for oral use only. Use it as directed by your doctor. Do not rinse your mouth with water or eat/drink for 10 to 15 minutes after using Rexidin Plus Mouth Rinse. Close the cover of the container immediately after use to keep it clean and free from contamination. Do not wipe or rinse the tip of the container.
