How it works
Respifresh-D Capsule is a combination of Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan and Phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of certain substances produced by the body which induce allergic reactions. Dextromethorphan blocks the signals from the brain that trigger the cough reflex and thus it helps in suppressing the cough. Phenylephrine acts by reducing the swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe. Thus, this combination is better effective for treating symptoms caused by various conditions such as a common cold, sinusitis, rhinitis, etc.
