Heart Block
severeThis medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a heart block greater than the first degree since it may worsen the patient's condition. Replacement with a suitable alternative should be done under your doctor's supervision.
Diabetes

Coadministration of multivitamin with minerals and this combination medicine may decrease the effects of this medicine. Close monitoring of blood pressure and appropriate dose adjustments may be necessary in some cases based on the clinical condition. Your doctor may advise you to maintain an appropriate time gap between the consumption of multivitamin with minerals and this medicine to minimize their interaction.
