Rasilez Hct (12.5/150 mg) Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Allergy

Angioedema

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of angioedema associated with aliskiren or hereditary angioedema due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and Angiotensin receptor blockers

This medicine is not recommended for use along with Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or Angiotensin receptor blockers in patients with diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of severe side effects. These side effects may include severe hypotension, increased potassium levels, and worsening of renal disorders.

Severe renal impairment

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl < 30 ml/min) due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

Hepatic dysfunction

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with liver dysfunction due to an increase in the risk of serious adverse effects including coma. Close monitoring of liver function is advised while taking this medicine. Report any symptoms of confusion or jaundice to the doctor on priority. Volume and electrolyte depletion
