How it works
Paracetamol works by increasing the pain threshold and decreases swelling. It also brings down elevated body temperature by acting on heat regulatory centers in the brain. Dextropropoxyphene works by changing the way the brain and nervous system respond to pain. This, in turn, relieves a mild-to-moderate pain.
