Description
PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE medicine consisting of Mecobalamin and Pregabalin. It is used for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy (weakness, numbness and pain from nerve damage, usually in the hands and feet) in adults. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE relieves pain by inactivating certain chemical messengers in the brain and repairing damaged nerve cells and fibres. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE can cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness and uncoordinated body movements. These side effects are temporary and can usually resolve with time. Consult your doctor if these effects persist for a long time. Keep a check of your mood and behaviour as this medicine can cause mood and behaviour changes like depression and suicidal tendencies. In such cases, contact your doctor immediately. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE is recommended to be taken with or without food. To maintain constant levels of this medicine, take it at the same time every day. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is recommended that you should not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor. If stopped abruptly, you might experience withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, sweating, vomiting, depression, seizures, and hallucinations. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children less than 18 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have medical complications associated with kidney or liver conditions as PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE may worsen these conditions. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE is not recommended if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Your doctor may prescribe this medicine only when the benefits outweigh the risks, or another suitable medicine may be prescribed. PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE may cause drowsiness. Do not consume alcohol while using PREGEB PLUS 75 MG CAPSULE, as it can lead to excessive drowsiness. Be careful when you rise from a sitting or lying position, as this medicine may cause dizziness.
