How it works
Alpha lipoic acid slows down cellular damage and helps to restore levels of essential vitamins such as vitamin E and vitamin C. Folic acid and Pyridoxine are essential for the production of certain vital components that are necessary for the maintenance of normal body functions. Methylcobalamin works by facilitating the enzymes responsible for the production of vital components and energy inside a cell. Pregabalin acts by reducing certain chemical transmitters in the brain and slowing down nerve impulses. Thus, this combination is better effective in treating painful diabetic neuropathy.
