Description
Pregalex-NT Tablet is a combination of Pregabalin and Nortriptyline. It is used in the treatment of pain caused due to damaged nerves. It relieves pain by decreasing certain chemical substances that send pain signals throughout your body. Pregalex-NT Tablet shows side effects like nausea, dry mouth, difficulty in urination, weight gain, constipation, weakness, confusion, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or become severe. You can manage weight gain with regular exercise. Avoid driving or operating heavy machines as this medicine may cause drowsiness. Pregalex-NT Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time every day for better results. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of this medication based on your clinical condition. Never take more than the prescribed dose. Avoid the discontinuation of this medicine without consulting your doctor as it may lead to withdrawal symptoms like headache, mood swings, irritation, etc. Pregalex-NT Tablet is not recommended for use if your allergic to it. Allergy

Myocardial infarction

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO)

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors are medicines used in the treatment of depression. Pregalex-NT Tablet is not recommended if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors as it increases the risk of side effects. A time gap of at least 14 days should be maintained between stopping treatment with MAOIs and starting treatment with this medicine.
