General warnings

Ischemic Heart Diseases

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with a history of heart diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Adverse effects may include a very low blood pressure and irregular heart rhythm. Report any such adverse effects to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of heart function is recommended for such patients. Replacement with a suitable alternative should be done based on the clinical condition.

Hemostatic disorders

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with hemostatic disorders due to the increased risk of excessive bleeding.

Monitoring of blood counts

This medicine may cause a significant decrease in blood cell counts. Close monitoring of complete blood count is recommended during treatment with this medicine.

Use in pediatrics

This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents.

Heart Failure

This medicine is contraindicated in patients with a known history of heart failure due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
