Description
Povirobes Ointment is a combination of Ornidazole and Povidone Iodine. This medicine is used for the prevention and treatment of wound infections in adults. It is an antibiotic and antiseptic preparation that kills germs and prevents the further spread of infection. Povirobes Ointment may cause mild skin irritation. Consult your doctor if this symptom persists or if you experience any other undesired effects. Povirobes Ointment is recommended for external use only. Apply the medication over the affected area as instructed by your doctor. Avoid contact with your eyes and mouth. Wash your eyes and mouth immediately in case of accidental contact. Do not touch or scratch the affected area as it may delay the healing process. Povirobes Ointment should be avoided if you are allergic to it. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
