PLATLOC AS TABLET

Manufactured byUnichem Laboratories Ltd.
ContainsAspirin (75 mg) + Clopidogrel (75 mg)
Description
PLATLOC AS TABLET is a combination of Aspirin and Clopidogrel. It is one of the primarily prescribed medications that prevent clot formation. PLATLOC AS TABLET helps in reducing the risk of various heart problems. PLATLOC AS TABLET acts as a blood thinner and prevents the formation of blood clots; thus, it promotes the smooth flow of blood. It helps in the treatment of angina pectoris (chest discomfort/pain caused due to insufficient oxygen supply to the heart muscle), heart attack (blockage of heart muscles due to the formation of plaques), and stroke (decreased blood flow to your brain), etc. PLATLOC AS TABLET may cause some side effects such as bleeding gums, nosebleeds, bruising, blood in urine, fatigue, headache, dizziness, tiredness, change of taste, stomach discomfort, etc. Since this medication increases the chances of bleeding, you should be careful while using sharp instruments. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Aspirin or Clopidogrel. PLATLOC AS TABLET can be taken with or without food. For the ease of remembering, take this medicine around the same time every day. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor. PLATLOC AS TABLET may possibly interact with other medicines. Inform your doctor about any other health issues you have or if you are undergoing any medical treatment before taking this medicine. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use in children younger than 18 years of age.
