Description
Pari 25 MG Tablet is an antidepressant medicine. It is used for the treatment of mental conditions like depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (unwanted and obsessive thoughts that lead you to perform repetitive behaviours), and post-traumatic stress disorder (anxiety caused after experiencing a traumatic event). Pari 25 MG Tablet is also used in the treatment of panic disorders (sudden episode of extreme fear and tension), social anxiety disorder (extreme fear of being watched or judged by others in social situations), generalised anxiety disorder (persistent and excessive worry about everyday life events), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (severe depression symptoms, irritability, and tension before menstruation). Pari 25 MG Tablet may cause some side effects like confusion, headache, nausea, dizziness, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist for a long time or become worse. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after taking Pari 25 MG Tablet as it may cause dizziness. Pari 25 MG Tablet may be taken in the morning, preferably with food so it does not upset your stomach. The dose and duration of treatment will be decided by your doctor based on the severity of your condition. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It may take several weeks or longer before you feel the full benefit of this medicine. Hence, continue to take Pari 25 MG Tablet for the prescribed duration even if you feel well. Abrupt discontinuation of this medicine may worsen your condition. Pari 25 MG Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have diabetes, liver or kidney problems, or any other medical conditions before taking this medicine. Allergy

Suicidal thinking and behaviour

Bleeding disorders

Pari 25 MG Tablet may cause unusual bleeding and bruising. Hence this medicine should be used with caution if you have severe active bleeding or a hemorrhagic diathesis (tendency to bleed easily).

Seizure disorder

Seizure disorder/ epilepsy is a neurological condition in which your brain activity becomes abnormal causing uncontrolled jerking of the body. Pari 25 MG Tablet should be used with caution if you have seizures as it may worsen your condition.

Manic episodes

Mania is a mental health condition that involves a state of high energy and elevated or irritated mood. Pari 25 MG Tablet may occasionally cause or activate mania. Hence it should be used with caution if you have a history of mania.

Hyponatraemia

Hyponatraemia is a condition in which the level of sodium in your blood is lower than normal. Pari 25 MG Tablet may cause hyponatraemia in some cases. This risk is especially high in the elderly, or if you are volume-depleted (reduced fluid volume in the body) or are taking diuretics (medicines used to remove excess salt and water from the body). Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure and sodium levels regularly while you are taking this medicine.

Bone fractures

Pari 25 MG Tablet should be used with caution as it may cause bone fracture if you have decreased bone mineral density. Hence, inform your doctor if you experience symptoms like unexplained bone pain, tenderness, swelling or bruising.

Driving or operating machines

Pari 25 MG Tablet may cause dizziness, confusion, or disorientation. Hence, avoid performing activities such as driving vehicles or operating machines after taking this medicine.

Sexual dysfunction

Pari 25 MG Tablet may cause sexual dysfunction such as decreased sexual desire, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction (inability to get and maintain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse), etc. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

Withdrawal symptoms
