Palonosetron

Description

Palonosetron is an antiemetic drug used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy. It works by blocking the action of a natural substance that causes nausea and vomiting. This medicine is usually given 30 to 60 minutes prior to the start of chemotherapy.
