How it works
Cilnidipine acts by blocking the influx of calcium (responsible for contraction of blood vessels) and causes relaxation, thereby promoting the smooth flow of blood. Metoprolol and telmisartan both relax the blood vessels, thus improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure levels. Their combination is thus effective in reducing the blood pressure levels.
