Colitis is swelling and irritation in the large intestine. Opox CV (100/62.5 mg) Tablet DT can kill the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine which may lead to diarrhoea. Therefore use this medicine with extreme caution if you have any stomach and intestinal problems, particularly colitis, as it may worsen your condition.

The Coombs test is performed to find certain proteins that attack red blood cells. The presence of these proteins indicates a condition known as haemolytic anaemia (a condition that occurs due to the abnormal breakdown of red blood cells). Opox CV (100/62.5 mg) Tablet DT may give a false-positive result when the coombs test is performed.
