Description
Ocurest Plus Eye Drops is a combination medicine of Naphazoline, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Menthol, Camphor and Phenylephrine. It is used to treat allergic conditions affecting your eyes. It helps to relieve symptoms such as itchiness, redness, burning sensation, discomfort due to minor eye irritation. Ocurest Plus Eye Drops may cause side effects like blurred vision, burning sensation in your eyes, eye pain, etc. These side effects are mild and usually subside with time. However, consult your doctor if these effects persist or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you experience these symptoms after administering this medicine. Ocurest Plus Eye Drops should be administered as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after using this medicine. Ocurest Plus Eye Drops is meant for external use in your eyes only. Administer it as directed by your doctor. Avoid touching the tip of the dropper against your eye or other surfaces. Close the cover of the bottle after administration to keep it clean and free from contamination. Do not wipe or rinse the dropper tip. Administer Ocurest Plus Eye Drops at around the same time daily for the ease of remembrance. Do not discontinue this medicine without consulting your doctor. How it works
Ocurest Plus Eye Drops is a combination of Naphazoline, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Menthol, Camphor and Phenylephrine. Naphazoline and Phenylephrine work by narrowing the blood vessels in your eyes, reducing the blood flow and thereby providing relief from the redness in your eyes. Camphor and Menthol produces a cooling effect and provides relief from the itchiness and burning sensation of your eyes. Carboxymethyl Cellulose lubricates the eyes and prevents eye dryness.
