How it works
Pregabalin works by reducing the levels of certain chemical transmitters in the brain and slowing down nerve impulses. Methylcobalamin works by facilitating the enzymes responsible for the production of vital components and energy inside a cell. Alpha lipoic acid slows down cellular damage and helps to restore levels of essential vitamins such as vitamin E and vitamin C. Thus, this combination is better effective for treating painful diabetic neuropathy.
