ContainsS-Amlodipine (2.5 mg) + Nebivolol (5 mg)
Description
Nebipil-SA Tablet is a combination of S-Amlodipine and Nebivolol. This medicine is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). This medicine reduces heart rate that makes your heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout your body. It also decreases high blood pressure by relaxing your heart muscles. Nebipil-SA Tablet has some common side effects such as headache, nausea, vomiting and a sense of warmth (in your face, ears, neck and limbs). This medicine can cause swelling in your ankles. Therefore, avoid sitting for a long time and raise your legs while sitting down. Nebipil-SA Tablet may also cause dizziness, therefore you are recommended to avoid driving vehicles and operating machines. Rise slowly from sitting or lying position if you feel dizzy while on Nebipil-SA Tablet treatment. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, seek your doctor's consultation at the earliest. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Nebipil-SA Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke. To make sure Nebipil-SA Tablet is safe for you, share your entire medical and medication history with your doctor. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding.
