Description

Naxdom 250 Tablet is a combination medicine that may be used to treat relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, dysmenorrhea, etc. It is also used to relieve symptoms of migraine headaches. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who weigh less than 35 kg.

Allergy

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to naproxen, domperidone, or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.

Asthma

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with asthma caused by aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Gastrointestinal disorders

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding disorders or active peptic ulcers due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

How it works
Naproxen works by blocking the formation of certain chemical substances in the body which cause pain and swelling. Domperidone works by blocking the chemicals in the brain and intestine which improves movements and faster gastric emptying time that helps in prevention of gastric irritation and vomiting.
