Description
Napigard Cream is a combination medicine containing Lidocaine, Benzalkonium chloride and Zinc oxide. It is used to relieve burning sensation, pain, and itching associated with skin inflammation. It is also used to relieve pain and discomfort associated with sunburn, minor cuts, scratches, insect bites, etc. Napigard Cream works by stopping the microbial growth that is responsible for causing infection. Napigard Cream may cause side effects like itching and irritation at the site of application, dryness, peeling of the skin, etc. These side effects will disappear once your body adopts them. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist for a long time. Avoid using this cream if you are allergic to it. Napigard Cream should be applied as a thin film to the affected area one to two times a day. Clean and dry the affected area before application. Make sure to keep the affected area dry, as moisture can promote microbial growth. Napigard Cream may take a few weeks to improve your symptoms. Inform your doctor if the infection has not cleared up even after four weeks of the treatment. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse immediately with plenty of water in case of accidental contact.
