How it works
Levocetirizine blocks the action of a chemical substance (histamine) produced by the body that is responsible for causing allergic symptoms. Montelukast reduces the response of certain specific chemicals (leukotrienes) that causes swelling in the airways and the nose. Thus, the combination is effective in treating allergic symptoms in your child.
