Description

Mignar 25 mg Tablet is an antidiabetic used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes for adults. This medicine is not recommended for use in children. It may be used in combination with other antidiabetic medicines. Patients are advised to follow strict diet and exercise regimens along with this medicine to get the best possible effect.

Contraindications of Mignar 25 mg Tablet

  • Allergy

    This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to miglitol.
  • Diabetic ketoacidosis

    This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening complication of diabetes mellitus.
  • Inflammatory bowel disease

    Mignar 25 mg Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Inflammatory bowel disease.
  • Intestinal Obstruction

    This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Intestinal Obstruction.
  • Chronic intestinal diseases

    This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Chronic intestinal diseases.

Dosage

  • Missed Dose

    Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
