How it works
Miconazole acts by stopping the production of a certain vital component for the fungi. This results in the disruption of cell membrane formation process and inhibits the growth of the organism. Fluocinolone works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical substances that cause symptoms such as pain, redness, rashes, and swelling. Thus, the combination is better effective for treating dermatitis and fungal infections.
