How it works
Tretinoin affects the growth and maturation of skin cells. Hydroquinone decreases the formation of pigments that give a distinct color to the skin. Mometasone works by decreasing the formation, release, and movement of certain substances that cause swelling of the internal organs as well as external swelling and irritation. It also works by suppressing or partially preventing the effects of the immune system.
