Description
Mecobal-Plus Capsule is a combination medicine used for the treatment of the diabetic neuropathy, a complication of diabetes that results in damage to the nerves. Patients are advised to maintain a strict exercise and diet regimen along with this medicine to get the best possible effect.

Use in Elderly

How it works
Alpha lipoic acid slows down cellular damage and helps to restore levels of essential vitamins such as vitamin E and vitamin C. Folic acid is essential for the production of certain vital components that are necessary for the maintenance of normal body functions. Methylcobalamin works by facilitating the enzymes responsible for the production of vital components and energy inside a cell. Pyridoxine is essential for maintaining various important functions in the body including but not limited to glucose and amino acid metabolism, production of RBCs, proper functioning of the nervous system, etc. Thiamine breaks down dietary sugars in the body and corrects nerve and heart problems
