Description
Lidocam Mouth Wash is a combination of Benzoxonium chloride and Lidocaine. It is used to treat gingivitis (a condition in which the gums become red and swollen), mouth ulcers or infections, and denture sores (painful sores developed due to denture). It is also used for maintaining oral hygiene. It works by stopping the growth of microorganisms and preventing infection. It also provides numbing effects in the mouth and helps in reducing pain sensation. Lidocam Mouth Wash rarely show any side effects. However, you may experience a burning or stinging sensation in the mouth. These side effects are self-limiting and may not require any medical intervention. Avoid using this mouthwash if you are allergic to it. Lidocam Mouth Wash should be used as directed by your doctor. This medicine should only be used to rinse your mouth, do not swallow it. Along with using this medicine, maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice daily for better results. Lidocam Mouth Wash is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are using any other medicine for the same condition.
