How it works
Magaldrate combines with the acid produced in the stomach and neutralizes it. This, in turn, provides relief from symptoms such as heartburn, sour stomach, etc. Simethicone reduces excessive gas in the stomach and relieves symptoms such as stomach discomfort, abdominal pain, and flatulence. Oxetacaine inhibits the acid secretion in the stomach to reduce the pain and irritation associated with peptic ulcers and other diseases of the stomach and intestines.
