Ketafung-Z Plus Lotion is a topical medicine that consists of Zinc Pyrithione, Ketoconazole, D-Panthenol, Tree Tea Oil, and Aloe Vera. It is used to treat seborrheic dermatitis (a condition that causes red, dry, flaky, itchy skin on the scalp). This medicine works by stopping the growth of fungi and preventing the spread of infection.
