How it works
Ketoconazole acts by stopping the production of a certain vital component for the fungi. This results in the disruption of cell membrane formation process and inhibits the growth of the organism. Salicylic acid works by softening and loosening the dry, scaly, or thickened skin causes shedding of the outer layer of skin.
