Congestive Heart Failure

This medicine is not recommended for the treatment of onychomycosis in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) or a history of CHF.

General warnings

Liver diseases

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with liver diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Close monitoring of liver function tests is necessary while receiving this medicine. QT prolongation

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with a known history of arrhythmias, heart diseases, and patients who are on medicines that prolong QT intervals due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Hearing loss
