Insuretis 1.5 mg Tablet is a diuretic used to reduce high blood pressure as well as edema (swelling) and fluid retention caused by heart diseases. It should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney diseases due to the increased risk of severe side effects. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level is necessary while taking this medicine.

Safe with alcohol?


Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while you are taking this medicine. The combination may increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, and very low blood pressure. It is advised that you do not perform any activities that require high mental alertness such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you consume alcohol during treatment with this medicine. Report any incidence of breathing difficulty or dizziness to the doctor immediately.
