Description
Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet is a medicine that consists of Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain (pain from nerve damage). Nerve damage may occur due to various conditions such as diabetes, cancer, spine disorders, thyroid problems, or HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) infection. Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet works by blocking the movement of pain signals in your brain. It also helps in the formation of a myelin sheet (a protective covering of the nerve fibres) and repairs your damaged nerves. Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet may cause side effects like sleepiness, dizziness, weakness, and loss of coordination. These side effects are temporary and can usually resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or bother you. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Keep a check of your mood and behaviour as this medicine can cause mood and behaviour changes like suicidal tendencies. In such cases, contact your doctor immediately. Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet can be taken with or without food as prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for the prescribed duration even if you feel better after taking a few doses. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor as abrupt discontinuation can cause withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, sweating, vomiting, depression, seizures, and hallucinations. Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet is not recommended for use in children less than 12 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or any other medical conditions before taking this medicine. Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet is not recommended if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Your doctor may prescribe this medicine only when the benefits outweigh the risks.

Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet is used for reducing neuropathic pain. Take this medicine with or without food as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew the tablet in your mouth. Take Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet around the same time every day so that a constant level of this medicine is maintained in your body. Avoid taking this medicine with an antacid (a medicine used to relieve acidity) as antacids can reduce the absorption of this medicine in your body. Avoid driving or any activity that requires your mental focus as Gabarich 300/1500 Tablet can cause sleepiness and/or drowsiness which can affect your ability to focus.
