Skin reactions
This medicine should be used with caution since it may increase the risk of serious skin reaction like Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS). Hypotension
Use of this medicine may increase the risk of fall in blood pressure, and hence, caution is advised. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is necessary while receiving this medicine. Liver disease
This medicine should be used with caution in patients who are suffering from liver diseases due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Regular monitoring of the liver function is necessary while receiving this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.
Kidney disease
This medicine should be used with caution in patients who are suffering from kidney diseases due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Bipolar disorder

Use in Children
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 12 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
Surgery
Use of this medicine is not recommended if you are planning to undergo a surgery in near future. Consult your doctor in this regard so that it can be discontinued properly.
Driving or Operating machinery
Use of this medicine may cause blurred vision or dizziness in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any of these symptoms during treatment with this medicine.
Suicidal tendencies
This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of suicidal tendencies. This risk is especially higher in young patients.
