A time gap of at least 14 days should be maintained between stopping therapy with MAOIs and starting therapy with this medicine.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with heart diseases due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Regular monitoring of heart function, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.
