Description
Epalrica-MP Tablet is a combination medicine which is used for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, one of the most common long-term complications in patients suffering from diabetes. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age.

How it works
Epalrestat reduces the levels of sorbitol which is responsible for damage to the nerves. Pregabalin works by reducing the levels of certain chemical transmitters in the brain and slowing down nerve impulses. Methylcobalamin works by facilitating the enzymes responsible for the production of vital components and energy inside a cell.
