Description
Endobloc T Kit Tablet is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (a condition characterized by high blood pressure inside the blood vessels that carry the blood from the heart to your lungs). Endobloc T Kit Tablet is a combination of Ambrisentan and Tadalafil. Ambrisentan works by stopping the action of a chemical substance in your body that causes narrowing of your blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow. Tadalafil works by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs and allowing blood to flow more easily. Endobloc T Kit Tablet may cause common side effects such as headache, low red blood cell count, abdominal pain, constipation, chest pain, nasal congestion, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Endobloc T Kit Tablet should be taken exactly as directed by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body. Endobloc T Kit Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart, eye or ear problems before beginning treatment with this medicine. Close evaluation with respect to your current medicines is necessary to avoid any undesired side effects. Endobloc T Kit Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are planning a pregnancy, consult your doctor before taking this medication.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic (long-term), progressive condition that affects your lungs and may cause fibrosis (scarring) in your lungs. This may result in breathing difficulties. Endobloc T Kit Tablet is not recommended if you have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis due to the increased risk of worsening your condition.

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may cause severe side effects in your developing foetus and is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Breast-feeding

It is not known if Endobloc T Kit Tablet passes into breastmilk. This medicine is not recommended for use during breastfeeding.
General warnings

Use in children

Endobloc T Kit Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age due to a lack of safety and efficacy studies.

Driving or Operating machines

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may cause dizziness and hypotension (low blood pressure). Do not drive vehicles or operate machines if you experience any symptoms that may affect your mental alertness after taking this medicine.

Other medicines

Anaemia

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may lower the haemoglobin (a protein present in your red blood cells) and haematocrit levels (a measure of the percentage of your red blood cells) in your body. This may increase your risk of anaemia (low red blood cell count). Your haemoglobin level and red blood cell count needs to be closely monitored.

Fluid retention

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may increase your risk of fluid retention (accumulation of fluid in your body tissues and cavities). Symptoms may include swelling of affected parts of your body (feet, ankles and hands), rapid weight gain (over a few days or weeks), etc. Inform your doctor if you experience such symptoms.

Fertility

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may lower your sperm cell count and affect your fertility. Hence it is recommended to avoid planning a pregnancy while on treatment with this medicine.

Women of childbearing potential

Endobloc T Kit Tablet may cause severe side effects in the developing foetus. Hence it is recommended to avoid pregnancy while on treatment with Endobloc T Kit Tablet and for one month after discontinuation of treatment with this medicine.

Missed Dose

Try not to skip a dose of Endobloc T Kit Tablet. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one.

Overdose

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Contact your doctor if you suspect an overdose with Endobloc T Kit Tablet.
