This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an irritable bowel or other associated conditions of the gastrointestinal tract due to an increase in the risk of adverse effects.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having a severe impairment of the normal kidney function. Appropriate diagnostic tests must be performed to rule out any kidney disease before treatment with Durajoint 50 mg Capsule is initiated.
A diet rich in dietary fibers and phytates may interfere with the absorption of this medicine. Hence, administration of Durajoint 50 mg Capsule with a diet rich in fibers and phytates should be avoided. Your doctor/dietitian may suggest appropriate changes in your diet based on your clinical condition.
